In your first coaching session, after we run through introductions, I'll provide an overview of the coaching process. I will also work with you to identify and better understand your goals and aspirations so we can discuss the most optimal way forward.

You'll establish your private safe space to share concerns and desires for your growth. The international leadership experience I have will allow you to have a sound-board that understands the intricacies of your position.

Yes. The reason for that is very simple - we both need to see if this is a good fit. What's important for me is that you are motivated and ready to do some work. After the introductory session, we will decide how to proceed. Every case is individual and so is the approach, but we will discuss it in detail so you can make an informed decision.

Do I need any preparation before the session?

No preparation is required, though you'll get the most value if you come with specific leadership challenges you're facing. Just show up with an open mind and readiness to explore your leadership from a new perspective.

What if I can't make it to the scheduled session?

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, simply let us know 24 hours in advance, and we'll find another time that works for you.
