In your first coaching session, after we run through introductions, I'll provide an overview of the coaching process. I will also work with you to identify and better understand your goals and aspirations so we can discuss the most optimal way forward.
Discuss challenges & obstacles
You'll establish your private safe space to share concerns and desires for your growth. The international leadership experience I have will allow you to have a sound-board that understands the intricacies of your position.
Creation of an action plan
Based on your goals and the challenges you are facing, we'll discuss an action plan for moving forward. I am a straight shooter and practical approaches that you can implement after every session are key to continuous improvement.
Ongoing support
We will also discuss the ongoing support and resources that will be available to you throughout the coaching process. This may include access to additional tools and resources, ongoing check-ins, and support from me between sessions.

Is the intro session free of charge?
Yes. The reason for that is very simple - we both need to see if this is a good fit. What's important for me is that you are motivated and ready to do some work. Change doesn't happen on its own and to develop core elements like, for instance, executive presence, you will be challenged to reflect deeply and implement practical strategies after each session. After the introductory session, we will decide how to proceed. Every case is individual and so is the approach, but we will discuss it in detail so you can make an informed decision.
What happens during the intro session?
First and foremost, it is a space for you to share all necessary context. Leadership doesn't happen in a vacuum, 9 to 5 or by flipping a switch. By understanding the context of your situation holistically, we're able to identify your thought patterns and potential leadership blindspots more accurately. During that session, you will also have an opportunity to ask all your questions and hear more about the coaching process.
Do I need any preparation before the session?
No preparation is required, though you'll get the most value if you come with specific leadership challenges you're facing. Just show up with an open mind and readiness to explore your leadership from a new perspective.
What if I can't make it to the scheduled session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, simply let us know 24 hours in advance, and we'll find another time that works for you.
